When you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, selected topic, subject and message. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the contact form.
We use contact information to respond to questions, provide support, investigate problems and communicate about the request you submitted. We do not sell personal information.
Our website is hosted using Vercel. Contact-form email delivery is handled using Resend. These providers process information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.
Our public Windows installers are delivered through MLDY Labs' Vercel-hosted object storage. Standard network and service logs may be generated when the website or download infrastructure is accessed.
Some MLDY Labs applications are designed to perform their core work locally on your computer. Individual products may have additional privacy disclosures if they later use accounts, cloud features or other online services. Those disclosures will supplement this policy where applicable.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for support, operational, legal and security purposes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards and avoid placing private API credentials in public website code.
You may contact us to ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
